Dubai Property Market September 2019

As previously reported the Dubai market has seen price adjustments in the past year or so which is now benefiting the sales across the Emirate in terms of sales transactions.

From 1st July 2018 – 8th September 2018 there were 2,499 off-plan sales and 2,576 secondary sales. 

In the same period this year, we have seen an increase in off-plan sales of 44% more transactions and in the secondary market an 26% increase.

Below you can see the price changes, by area, over the last 6 months.  If you would like to see the break down in more depth, month on month for a specific area please do not hesitate to contact me as some areas have seen a 0% decrease in the past month.

The Property Monitor Index is based on sales and rental prices for average residential units in specific developments (buildings and villa sub-communities) in Dubai. The presentation above is a roll-up of the low-level data to a master community level.
