Laura began her real estate journey in the UK, where she spent seven years building her career with top-tier London agencies before relocating to Dubai in 2008. She went on to co-found Carlton Real Estate, serving as Managing Director and leading a team of expert agents. Under her leadership, Carlton built a portfolio of over 20,000 residential and commercial units, catering to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a focus on strategic development and investment growth.
In 2020, recognizing the shift toward tech-driven solutions, Laura joined Urban, a pioneering proptech startup, as Portfolio Asset Manager. There, she successfully onboarded top institutional landlords through her extensive network and market insight.
