So far since the 1st January 2019 until today, 22nd January 2019 the Dubai Land Department has seen 631 off plan unit registered and 535 properties on the secondary market. This figure is low and previous January’s have seen better results in the past in both sectors.
The good news is that there are still Buyers, viewings are taking place but offers are low, up to 15% less than asking price and each day, another sale in the community or building sets a new benchmark.
If you are serious about selling then speak to your Agent daily and get updates on what has sold or been listed in your area and adapt accordingly.
I have had too many Sellers lose good offers (not ridiculous) due to waiting for the next Buyer.
If you are in no rush to sell then don’t, remove it from the market and lease the property, ROI’s are still high compared to anywhere else in the World.
