Secondary sales have been catching up with off plan sales in October and November to date.  This is mainly due to the fewer amount of launches by developers in the past few months as opposed to previous years.

The rental market remains steady in developed communities such as Dubai Marina, Palm and Downtown.  We have seen some great offers for promoting leasing properties from 1 month free rent to 6 cheque payments.
