For the first time since November 2017 the secondary villa sales in January 2018 were higher than the off-plan sales by 90 properties. Sales for apartments was a different case, 1,651 off-plan apartments transferred compared to only 800 secondary sales.
The rental prices are still falling in almost all areas but demand has risen. The only concern is the continuing supply across the Emirate which will make 2018 a steady market.
