Off Plan vs Secondary Market Transfers
Off plan, sales have slowed considerably since March 2017, due to fewer launches and a slow down in the market.
In February 2018 there were 65 off plan transfers compared to 158 secondary market transfers, March 2018 saw 59 off plan transfers compared to 97 secondary market and so far in April 2018 we have seen 34 off plan sales compare to 40 secondary market transfers.
